I made the local newspaper and I am just cheesy enough to share it with all of you. I know it's probably strange to some of you to see a picture I have posted of myself but hey, it was in the newspaper! :)
Okay, so the picture is not great. I look weird and not very enthused! But, here I am singing at our Coats for Kids concert. We should have called it a "Benefit"! When you put the word benefit in there it makes it sound more like a Live Aid or Live Earth type of thing! Maybe if we would have called it Live Coats, more people would have come!! :)
We did raise a bunch of money and collect a whole lot of coats! And that's what we hoped for, so it was a success!
