Okay if anyone has any remedies for a crick in the neck, please let me know! I just took ibuprofen but dang it hurts bad! I keep thinking how crazy I will look singing on Sunday not moving my head. Surely it will be gone by then! Please God!
As far as how I am feeling emotionally, much better! My spirit has been revived in so many ways. Now if I could just turn my head, things would be great! I am about to go lay on the couch for a while (I never do this) and hopefully the kids and I will get to do as planned and make Valentine Cupcakes. Then Jeremy and I have a dinner to go to with other couples and it's without kids. YIPPEE!
If I knew how to do acupuncture, I think I would be sticking a whole lot of needles in my neck right now. I would try anything! Lifting the baby is torture!

Can you get a friend to bring you some Arnica? Or do you have some? It is help for trauma....of any kind.
I threw my back out on Sunday and since I couldn't get to the chiropractor until Monday afternoon, I took HUGE pain meds that did NOTHING. Then I popped a few arnica, and WOW, I felt better almost instantly. Then as the day wore on, I kept taking them and once my chiropractor adjusted me, I was back to the gym that night!
I have no idea what to do physically to help you. But I am going to stop typing and say a prayer for you right now.
maybe a heating pad and some advil?
I think the best option is to amputate. But what do I know? I'm not a doctor, but I play one on General Hospital.
Droooooooo
The same thing happened to me when my cutie was 6 weeks old. I kept having muscle spasms and couldn't even care for my baby.
I went to urgent care and their suggestion was muscle relaxers and plenty of rest. The most severe pain went away in a couple of days. The lingering lasted about a week or so.
Sorry, this is probably not much help.
Yes, heating pad rocks. I used it on my neck last month. I tried a new memory foam pillow and after the first week I was in major pain that took a few weeks to undo! The heating pad helped ToNS.
