Mondays are crazy and so hard to get the kids back on a routine after a weekend full of activity. I'm trying to clean, organize or whatever else to get us back in gear for the week. Sunday I am worth nothing after two church services, lunch and family time. Mondays are tough!
Last week I prayed constantly about God giving me creativity in my home for the Summer as we get ready to start Kindergarten in a few months. We will continue to do some school stuff this Summer but I'm determined to let Josiah have a break and enjoy being a boy. So I have been praying that God would help me to have some fun with my kiddos and find a Summer routine that works. Today I have started one of those creative ideas God gave me.
I feel so blessed to have my friend Amy, who also homeschools. We may go to Farmer's Market tomorrow or just get our kids together to play. I'm really excited that Heidi is about to be on Summer break too so Josiah will have Christian to play with. Heidi and I are planning a trip to Ikea this week. Let the Summer fun begin!
But today I leave you with the first thing God gave me in my prayer time. MUSIC MONDAYS!
Today, we are focusing on music! I gotta run for now but later I will share with you the CD we are enjoying today. It's a great one!

I love your heart. I have been praying too that the Lord would give me ideas of things to do with my kiddos...to be able to seize the moment and be deliberate with the time I spend with them.
