I needed something new to do....

during this recovery period after the marathon so I tried this.

I plan on doing this twice a week. Jeremy is going with me tomorrow night. It works parts of my body that I did not even know existed.

WOW! It's one of the hardest work outs I have ever done but I was proud that I was able to do all of it. Let's just say though, I now understand why people carry in gel seats or wear padded shorts. Thankfully my Ironman friend, Jen, has a gel seat she never used and is mailing it to me!

I'm a pretty nice person, okay? But the Spin Instructor made me say some cuss words inside my head SEVERAL times. The attitude the marathon gave me, the one that believes I can do anything and everything now, well it was not prepared for a SPIN CLASS! The music is great and you find a rythym to the music, which i LOVE. Also the room is dark with minimal lighting! No one can see you!

Jeremy has NO CLUE what he is about to experience! It should be fun! Thankfully I get to run outdoors tonight and enjoy an hour of peace!!! CAN'T WAIT!

Please bottle the energy up and mail it north.

Please. I am begging you.

And while you're at it, go ahead and bottle up about 20+ degrees as well :)

Hey Amanda! How do you ice your cupcakes? Your icing always looks amazing, and I cannot get mine to look that way! I have the Cupcake book by the Cake Doctor and made my first batch and they were wonderful!!

Thanks!

Wow! Sounds awesome! I have always wanted to try it! Perhaps after my half I will be in good enough shape to try it out!
