Yes, yes, yes, I am still doing THE LOVE DARE and all I can say is WOW! That book and the movie FIRE PROOF is anointed because this is the first thing to ever come along in our marriage that really, really has rocked our world in this way.
I have not been able to do a dare every single day. I've kind of stayed on one for a couple of days to make sure I am "getting it".
The last week and a half I have seen some incredible progress in our relationship when it comes to communication, friendship, sex and our relationship with our children and GOD!
I'm truly excited about what the Lord is doing in us!!! I'm getting emails from my husband almost daily and the way he is supporting me in this marathon is unbelievable. I am so blessed to have the husband that I do!! No one is more suited for me than HIM! I love him so much!!
I feel a breakthrough has happened. Thank you Jesus! The other day I was doing one of my many runs and while running I asked God to take me back. "Take me back to when we met. Father, remind me of when you brought him into my life. Help me to think about him all day like I did in the beginning. Help me to feel that passion and burning desire for him again."
I kid you not, JUST WHEN I PRAYED THAT, this song I have on youtube below came on my iPod!!! Needless to say, I have listened to this song a million times again in a completely different way! God is so cool! How cool is it that THIS song came on when I prayed that prayer!!!
It does still feel good! I love that man!

You inspire me! I need to do the book...but we still haven't even watched the movie Fireproof. We have to take the time. I have been more aware of the things I say and do to my hubby --- but unfortunately it is normally after the fact.
I love that God uses an iPod to get our attention! To let us know that He hears our heart's cry and that He is there with us, fully attentive. Even though Alf and I are in a "good place" for the moment, I am definitely going to echo your prayer. I wanna go back... :)

I just ordered the book last wek and they are supposed to be here today!!! I am soo excited to start this with my hubby :)
