Menu for week of March 16th

I don't usually post my menu but I'm in that organizational mood where I am getting a lot done. So why not post my menu for next week!! You will notice we don't do leftovers because Jeremy takes them to work and there is usually enough for him and one of the guys at work!

Monday
Roast with carrots and red potatoes in the slow cooker.
Side item-salad
(This is a good Monday meal because I can just throw it all in the crock pot!)

Tuesday
Grilled BBQ Chicken with Asian coleslaw

Wednesday
BBQ Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad (grilled my chicken night before)

Thursday
Stuffed Blue Cheese Burgers with baked sweet potato fries

Friday
we will either eat something out or do a BBQ Chicken Pizza I have in the freezer!

Girl you need to be doing a cook book......I would buy it ;o))
I need to get some variety in my meals - I feel like do the same thing over and over.....
I JUST discovered that I can baked a sweet potato and it is just as good as a white potato......
How do you do sweet potato fries??? taht sounds really good!!!!
