One night last week Jeremy had to go out with customers so I did not cook. The kids and I went out! Then there was the night it stormed really bad and we did not grill our pork chops but had subway instead. Tonight we are grilling the chops and Monday we are having jambalaya because it was something else that did not get made. But that's okay because that makes next week a little easier on me. My birthday is next week so I will not be cooking on that night! I've linked the angel chicken and the only thing I am changing is the pasta to whole grain.

Grilled Salmon with Asparagus and squash

The angel chicken is similar to what I do, except I use cream of mushroom and Good Seasons Italian dressing package mix. Do you use the thighs or just breasts? We use breasts because I don't really care for the taste of the thighs. Too strong for me..
Anyway, I like your menus. They sound healthy and light, easy and full of flavor which is what I am going for right now! Thanks for the inspiration!
