Homeschool reading list

I have agonized over this list more than anything else for our school year. I've read excerpts from each book, read reviews, checked out the Simply Charlotte Mason site, the Ambleside online site, talked with Reagan (my homeschool friend with a style identical to mine), and PRAYED. My original list was too advanced. I had to really think and pray about each child's abilities and interests. Finally, I got it! I had to make a few purchases from Amazon and check out some from the library. Some of these I have been buying through out the Summer. I am so ready for Monday!

Happy reading!!

Just So Stories by Rudyard Kipling (read aloud- snack)
The Bad Beginning-A Series of Unfortunate Events, Book 1 by Lemony Snicket (read aloud-lunch)
