My fohawk regimen

Okay, it may be a funny title but so many people have been asking me how I fix my hair and what products I use. So for anyone that has short hair and needs to add a little bit of "funk", these are the things I use and love. Yes, LOVE!

My Mom (a hair stylist) has introduced me to CHI products and she is now using all of their color at the salon. A lot of you have a CHI flat iron that you burn your hair with everyday! :) Anyway, hopefully you are using a Silk Therapy by BioSilk or CHI has something that's even better called Silk Infusion. If you use a flat iron, you better be using it on your hair before you put that much heat on your hair. I may be a beauty school drop out but I have suffered breakage from a flat iron (when I had long hair). Anyway, I have started using CHI Infra Shampoo followed by CHI Ionic Color Lock Treatment because I color my hair with a high lift blonde. This shampoo and color lock treatment smells amazing. It is the best smelling shampoo I have ever smelled and it feels great in your hair. I'm pretty sure you could get a good price on through Amazon.com.

Since my hair is so short, it dries on it's own pretty fast. I absolutely despise hair gel so I use a few different things, not on the same day but I switch it up. Sometimes I use AQUAGE Texturing Wax or KIWI Shine Wax or RUSK Being Wild paste. All three smell great!! So those things, whichever one I choose to use, gives me the fohawk shape!

Then my favorite hairspray and I have tried a lot of different ones is FUSION ENERGY OF BEAUTY Freezing Spray. It works great!

So there you go! This is how I get the fohawk. I also use this stuff in Josiah's hair too. Gel always flakes and shows up later where people can see it, so I say throw your gel in the trash!
