You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have put off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness, To the end that my tongue and my heart and everything glorious within me may SING praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever. Psalm 30:11-12
YAY! I thought about you this morning while I was fixing pancakes and doing kindergarten, knowing you were doing the same thing. Isn't it so much fun?Josiah is doing GREAT on his reading! My girl's not quite there yet.
You're making me want to start school early! :-) I'm so glad you had an awesome first day. I would like to know more about your nature journal. It sounds like something we could do.
From your pictures it looks like you guys had an amazing first day of school. Congrats on a great first day! Blessings~Karen
I kept checking all day to see how it went! So, so happy for you....and for your children. Can you IMAGINE growing up with a teacher that has this much excitement??!!! Good for you.
looks like it was a great day for everyone! love the pictures! and, the flags turned out great.
You are a great teacher and even better mom!! Good for you Mandi! I am proud of you all!
Awesome pics! I am SO glad we get to see each other this weekend! I can't wait to squeeze your neck and love on those sweet kiddos! Well, we both made it through our first day as Kindergarten parents. Although our paths are different, I am so glad we get to walk this journey together.Love you!Kelly AnnPS - we just did that reading lesson last week!! :)
What a wonderful start! You will be so glad that you have journaled this time in your lives. Your schedule sounds very doable and I completely agree with that *alone time* that you have carved out in the mornings. It is crucial for me to get my head on straight and spend time in prayer and preparation!Last year, as we began our journey, the school bus was chugging down our street as we sat on our sofa in prayer. It was such a blessing!Have a wonderful Day Two!
I couldn't wait to hear about the first day of K for you and the kids! I hope that you have a wonderful first week! ;D I hope you learn so much your thinking cap hurts haha!
I prayed for you on your first day (sorry this is so late, been busy). I am so glad to hear it went well.Love the pictures! You are doing such a great job with your kiddos. They are so blessed to have you!!
