It's been almost 8 years and I still have not had this dress sealed and I really need to. Ava Beth notices it hanging in the bag every single times she goes into my closet and always begs me to put it on. So I decided to go ahead and see what she would do! She was totally mesmerized and then had to try it on herself! I must share that the dress is WAY too big in one area on me now. It was the first thing Jeremy noticed when I put it on. Crazy what having babies will do to your body in some areas! :)
I have a feeling Ava Beth would never be able to wear this dress without some major alterations. I think she will probably be a stick!
I'm still trying to come up with a way to wear this dress again! So sad that we don't get to wear our dress more!

It is a shame that we only get to wear them once. Some friends and I had a wedding dress party a few years back. We all wore our dresses and served h'ordeurves (sp)at the party...and looked at each others wedding pictures. I was such a blast! Not all of us fit exactly in our dresses, but we got creative and made it work. :)
Aren't you glad you haven't had it sealed? You wouldn't have had a picture of Ava Beth in it!! Save this pic...one day if she wears your dress it will be great to have this picture!!!

Just wear it to the store, running errands, whatever. You don't have to have a reason. OR declare a princess day for you and Ava Beth.

I think you should save it, but in case you are looking for something interesting to do with it, have you ever seen trashthedress.com? They do photo shoots with people wearing their wedding dresses in the pool or horseback riding or whatever :)
