I'm looking for some new music for my marathon. Since the iPod ban has been lifted, I'm taking it with me.
Please think of some great songs with a great meaning or a great beat and leave the title and artist in the comments!
I will probably flip that little thing on when I get to mile 6 and get in the zone. Help me out with some tunes!

I think I've left this before, but just in case, I absolutely love the duet between Mac Powell and Jennifer Knapp of Sing Alleluia. I have a lot of other upbeat stuff that you already have and some crazy rock and rap but for some reason, this has stayed a favorite for a long time while I am running.
I have been loving all the Third Day, Revelation songs while on my runs lately.....especially "Otherside"
I wrote these on facebook because I run with both of these and thought of you yesterday when Lb came on the radio.

I am a BIG casting Crowns and Mercy Me fan.
I would probably get old school and do a little Jesus Freak and Jesus is Ready
I don't know if you like it or not but
Train- Calling all angels
When I was really into working out and my body wanted to stop so bad I would listen to this song. I felt like it was saying, "i won't give up if you don't give up"
If I can talk Jeremy into buying me an itunes card (i've spent so much money on running lately), I will buy a lot of these songs and think of all of you!
